Loay El Beshbishy Graduated in 1990 from Ain Shams University Faculty of Engineering with a degree in Civil Engineering and in 2002 he made his Masters in International Business Administration (MIBA) in the “Ecole Superieure libre des Sciences commerciales appliquees
He began his career at El Gabry Construction Co . as a site Engineer for the Construction of “Bank of Alexandria Luxor Branch” then he moved to Kobe Steel LTD (Japanese Co.) to work as Quantity surveying and cost control for work progress for Construction of “BENI SUEF cement project” (one million tons per year). since 1992 until 1995 he started his work as senior structural engineer of Arabian profile ltd United Arab Emirates. (Gibca Group) and then he became the project manger of the company and work for various projects in the United Arab Emirates e.g. Sharjah Airport 2 Cargo Buildings, Chicago Beach Resort two storey office for WS Atkins, 8 Villas in Um Suqeim, 8 Villas in Jumeirah, Kuwait Air port cladding.
Managing the engineering office for sorting priorities, details, contractual Obligations and design criteria. Also attending consultants meetings, sorting out their requirements, the municipality’s requirements and site amendments.
Scheduling of the Resources in the plant an allocating them to different projects, working out delivery dates & finishing dates for each project.
in 1995 he moved to work in S.I.S Middle East in the United Arab Emirates. as a Manager special projects and he worked for Manager of the Ruwais Sulphur Plant Project for installation of Cladding 50,000m² with “ABB” as a main contractor and “ADNOC” as the owner,Scheduling and planning for the construction of 273 villas in Djibouti and Managing the design and detailing of Djibouti Housing Project. in 1996 he founded his company (DBC ) contracting co.to reflect the cumulative wealth of their experiences in the contracting, industrial and commercial fields to be applied in implementing high grade, qualitative and prompt general contracting projects.
